Hotel Crystal Deluxe @New Delhi Railway Station

This hotel is located behind the Godwin hotel. It seemed well suited for Indian travellers to Delhi. The staff were very helpful and not obtrusive. It' is close to many tourist hotels and cafes. The prices were low. There were breakfast cafes nearby.

The room was run down and a little dirty. There was noise from the street.

Location is good.

The toilet was not clean. Rats and mice were roaming inside the room. AC and geysers were not allowed to be used. Room service takes more time. We ordered breakfast at 8.15 am and finally after several reminders they served it at 9.30 am. Utensils used for dining were not properly clean. Disgusting... No inverter or Alternate power supply.... If there is a power cut you have to stay inside the room in total darkness and non functioning intercom.

So many great options for breakfast and staff verry helpfull and friendly.Great location to give a good feal of what agra is really like.

There is nothing to like in this hotel ..it is just a froud in the name of hotel. I have never seen the bad atmosphere around any hotel like it .

We were a couple and checked in to the room around 10 pm. But they only allow to book two different rooms for each other. Because it was dark outside and around the hotel atmosphere was also like robber and thieves so we booked two different booking for the only couple . We are in age of more then 30+ .It is the most horrible stay i ever had

bathroom is not clean.. there were cockroach ? in the room.. not well maintained...

Room was described as the biggest but was very small as compared to other hotels I stayed near the vicinity of the hotel.

the manager was pretty well behaved that was the only good thing about the property

the hotel is old, washrooms were not well maintained rooms were very cold and it doesn’t match with the pics given in the app

The room is dirty and full of dust. The bed and the room is not cleaned. if you stay there definitely you will get cough and cold.

Courteous and helpful staff. Smooth check in and check out process. 1-2 good small restaurants nearby. Whatever item you need is available within 1-2 km. Bathroom was clean. Hot water was available.

Bedbug marks on bed and head support. Room was not that clean ( considering corners ). Some stains on wall. Provided blanket was not clean. Staff was not wearing masks most of the time.

It’s a value for money property with excellent customer service and a friendly environment. The hotel is hygienic and close to the market place. Loved my stay there and would recommend everyone to plan there visit with this hotel.

The hotel is centrally located and the staff is very helpful and kind. They gave me late check out . I will surely recommend this property. If you want a good budget stay please come to this property.
